Bear Paw RV Resort is a peaceful mountain RV resort in Eagar, Arizona, in the White Mountains and Round Valley area. We provide full service RV sites for short and longer stays in a setting that feels warm, friendly, and removed from the fast pace of the city.

Our 74-space adult RV park sits on 12 acres and offers spacious sites that are about 35 feet wide and 60 feet long. Each space includes city water, city sewer, and metered electric service, while walk-friendly gravel, rock roads, and a mix of trees and open sky shape the property.

Our full service RV sites include city water, city sewer, and metered electric, while internet access, a laundry room, a recreation room, a storage area, a dump site, and a potable water station add useful support for short and longer stays. 

Bear Paw RV Resort is now under new ownership and management, with a focus on creating a clean, welcoming place where people can relax, unwind, and enjoy mountain living. Our role is reflected in the care of the park and in the comfortable setting we continue to build here.

    No. Each RV must be totally self-contained because we do not have showers or restrooms at Bear Paw RV Resort.

    We offer RV site stays by the day, week, or month, and many people stay even longer. Seasonal and annual packages are also available, and we encourage you to call us for current availability and pricing.

  • What hookups are included at each site?

    Each site includes city water, city sewer, and metered electric service with a maximum of 50 amp service. Our spaces are full service RV sites designed to support both short visits and longer stays in Eagar.

  • How large are the RV sites?

    Each RV space is approximately 35 feet wide and 60 feet long. The roads are rock, and the sites are walk-friendly gravel, with some spaces offering trees while others have clearer views of the sky.

  • What amenities are available at the park?

    The park includes internet access, a recreation room, a laundry room, a storage area, a dump site, and a potable water station. These features help support both everyday convenience and longer stays.

  • Is Bear Paw RV Park open year round?

    Yes. Bear Paw RV Resort is open year round, and we welcome overnight and short stays as well as longer visits.
